alexis4554 As a seller, you may cancel an order before it is shipped. On the app: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order. Please keep in mind that if you cancel the order without a buyer’s request, it causes a huge inconvenience to the buyer and should not be done except under rare circumstances.
