suebers80 Hi, if you would like to make an offer on the dog blanket you liked, I will consider reasonable offers. With the exception of some clothes,, most items are brand new.. On this App it is difficult for me to make you an offer due to PM rules that equate to a loss of 30% to make offer and pay part of shipping etc... Since my things are new, I buy them, pay shipping, etc... This item started at $23, which is what they retail for. I can't go lower than $13 Thank you,
