Hi Wendy! I realized I accidentally put size 9 on the shoes you just bought from me (madewell remi mules) , but they are size 9.5. I always wear a size 9 for reference (which is why I believed they were size 9...)but the 9.5 fit great (especially because they are slip on shoes). Feel free to cancel the order or let me know here how you would like to move forward. Thanks for understanding!

Yes, please cancel the order. 9.5 will be too big. I tried cancelling on Poshmark but have never done so, may not have cancelled correctly.

Hi, have you cancelled the order and refunded? I cannot figure out how to do so and the shoes still show as sold. Thanks for taking care of this. I'm a size 8.5 and thought I could go up to a 9, but definitely not a 9.5.
