shopgigi25 @wardrobeofwhit Hi I purchased your dior bag. I just opened it. I really wish you would have put it in a large enough box. Now there is this huge crease were you folded the bag and an outline of the strap on the bag where it was pressed together. Very disappointed. I never understood why sellers ship bags in boxes that are too small. Unfortunately, I will probably have to return it.

wardrobeofwhit @shopgigi25 I’m really sorry to hear that. I used the largest priority mail box that my post office had on hand and assumed keeping it wrapped in its dustbag within the box would keep it safe, I’m just as disappointed as you to learn that isn’t case. I wish there was something I could do rectify the situation.
