I’m confused why you stated I could improve on “Item Description, Ship Time, Item Cleanliness, Seller Responsiveness”. The tie was described in detail. Shipped out the next morning (hours after you ordered). Received in 2 days. Can’t get faster than that. Cleanliness? It’s brand new in perfect shape. Responsiveness? You made an offer & I accepted. No reason for your feedback. Plus it was wrapped in tissue paper, with a thank you note. I also take a video of me packaging up my items. Interesting.
