kcpollard1979 Hi Windsor:-). I was packing up your Theory dress, and I noticed the previous owner had hemmed the shoulder straps to make the dress a little shorter. It isn’t super noticeable at all, which is why I probably didn’t notice it. I was just making sure you still wanted it. I put the length measurement in the description. Please let me know what you would like to do. Thanks!
