nichellel Yesenia, I do not have any control over what the post office is saying as far as if or when your package arrived. I did not mark it as received. I'm not even able to do that so I'm not sure why you gave me a 1 star rating. I mailed the white Converse shoes in a timely manner. I contacted poshmark to let them know.

nichellel I contacted Poshmark about the Converse shoes that I mailed to you & that you said you did not receive. Anthony with Poshmark says that the USPS shows the package was received January 29th. He says that you must reach out to Poshmark in order to resolve this. Poshmark has a policy in place for situations like this. Hope this helps!

pumpkinwynter I am really sorry that I have to cancel the order for the Celavie dress. When I was looking it over prior to packaging I noticed a stain that I did not see when listing it. Sad thing is I had just had it dry cleaned prior to listing. I really do apologize and hope that you can find the dress from another seller. I did do a quick search and there are a couple of other closets that have this dress. Once again I really am sorry.
