amyrocks66 Hi, I'm so sorry that the bracelets were broken, they weren't broken or damaged when they left. Did you let Posh know because they will refund your money? I wish you had let me know so the funds could have stayed with you. I'm glad to refund your money if you go through Posh so they can delete the rating. I only want perfectly happy customers. 😢

I mean I've navigated through everything and I'm sure it's very simple however, I am at a loss! My second question is, what do I do when I ask a seller a question regarding an item they have listed for sale and three or more days go by without a reply please help 😯 and thank you again!

katielady1982 @shopswittafist to follow someone, you click on the follow button on the upper right hand corner. As for responses from sellers, it's always good to check and see when the profile was last active. There's a button next to the follow button labeled "about" it will tell you when they were last active to the hour. If they haven't been active in awhile, more than likely they've abandoned their closet.

shopswittafist @happyone68 Send me the necessary information to mail out the item and only until I receive my item or have some proof (tracking number) that my item has been sent to me will I mail out the item that I received in error. Otherwise I'll leave it to Poshmark to handle.

happyone68 @shopswittafist Yes, Posh label will have tracking number and it will be mailed to you. They are aware of the mistake and it usually takes a day before they send you the new label.
