tmariel93 No, they've never lost an item... I'm not sure what to do in this situation honestly. I sent Poshmark proof of shipment and they haven't reached out to me yet. It's ok if I lost the jeans, but I really hope you get a refund. I am so sorry!

ge_eunice @tmariel93 the same thing happened with a different seller earlier this month. She made a claim with USPS and they finally found my dress 3 weeks later.

tmariel93 I shipped out 4 packages at once and I was checking updates over the weekend but yours wasn't updating at all. All the packages were already received by the buyers, except yours. So I assume it got lost in-transit?? I'm not really sure. I'm going to usps Tomorrow to scan new orders and I'll show them my receipt and file a claim. It's kinda ridiculous that they are so disorganized if this has happened before 😕

tmariel93 I made them re-scan it for my personal records & I guess usps didn't accept it so they returned it back to my Irvine Branch. They had the package 🙌🏼
