@yaozeyue No worries. Poshmark will handle the exchange or refund your money and allow you to repurchase.
Poshmark will most likely send you a postage paid label to mail me back the incorrect dress and send me another label to mail out the correct dress. I have never done this before to a customer. Please forgive me and I thank you for your patience. 💕 Lngail

@lngail yes, and it’s already been returned the day before yesterday. I haven’t received my refund yet though. I think you have to confirm first before I can receive my refund, based on the information I get from Poshmark’s email.
