@mybabyclad There is a place where on the order page that it states report problem with order you will go the just make sure you do a screenshot of the order number so that you can attach it to a file I hope I am telling you how to do this correctly. I am very sorry this happened I truly had that package so well I feel so bad but if you get in contact with them then you will get a refund and you won't have to pay for it.
