xrayj444 I purchased the fit bit from you . Can you please delete any accounts and or apps associated with it. It will not connect and if I can't get it to work and will not accept it and return it. Thanks!

xrayj444 can you please check the inspire 2 Fitbit account. it's been 8 days since you deleted it and yet I still can sync up and it is still recording your steps and movement. I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase. feels like a waste of 35 bucks.

themicale Ok, they said my accounts have been removed from the system and since my phone has been disconnected from it, it shouldn’t be recording anything that I’m doing. I’m not sure if you’ve tried this yet but they said to go to settings > clear user data, then to start a new account you have to first download the Fitbit app and then connect the Fitbit to your phone via Bluetooth

xrayj444 @themicale I have done all of that. I also waited the 7 days. yesterday when I picked it up it had steps counted and everything on it. I have reset it multiple times and it still will not sync with my phone. I'll probably just eat the 35 bucks and by a new one. thanks for all your help.

xrayj444 I still can't get this to pair to my phone. I've done everything they said when I called. it is recording someone's steps and calories still! I have pics if you wanna see them. I'm super bummed. can I mail this back to you if I choose another item as you suggested from your shop?
