I’m back home and will be listing as many as I can each day. I imagine it’s going slow because I’m new and there’s not much of an inventory now. Thanks for keeping in touch with me.

k_pannullo @theconfidante I just went through a close death in my own family as well, so I can absolutely relate. Take your time with the listings. 1day at a time. The worst mistake I ever made was burning myself out in the beginning feeling as tho I had some type of quota to meet. Like a literal job! If this is ur only job, then 💯 go all in! As for me, I was up all day, every day, after working all night, every night. Totally burnt out & exhausted!😵‍💫

k_pannullo @theconfidante Of course, you should hold interest by listing things, but if you post only a couple items/wk, you’ll hold the interest of others much more than if you post a bunch of items constantly & all at once. That’s way overwhelming, & buyers may overlook & miss things, while skipping over them bc of it. I learned this the hard way. It also led me to selling extremely expensive items for WAY CHEAPER than they should’ve been sold for 🤦‍♀️

k_pannullo @theconfidante Hard lesson to learn. I was way overwhelmed, but thought this selling streak would last! Unfortunately, it became too little, too late. I don’t want you to make the same potential mistake. Heed the warning from mine. There is a horrible plateau that has hit Posh, as well as other platforms. This is why I stress the importance of “holding interest” from the buyer’s perspective.

k_pannullo @theconfidante If you only post as I just explained, that’ll keep others wanting to come back & revisit ur closet much more often to see what else you’ve got going on for them to browse & potentially purchase. Also, & just as important, try to keep a variety of items….don’t stick to strictly 1 type of thing. Have items that anyone may have an interest in. Also, share your closet at least 4x daily.

Etc, etc. Also, thanks for the kind words. Loss & grief are difficult, & there’s never a right or good way to grieve. I learned this the hard way earlier in life. theevermoreshop @georginacouture I would say for me, I stick with items I’m in love with, passionate about, or very knowledgeable about. I try to stay away from super high-end/luxury and also super cheap fast-fashion brands. I’m just not good at either of those categories. Each and every item I list is hand-picked by me.

theevermoreshop @georginacouture One good tip I can offer that I’ve always found helpful is when sales are slow, take that opportunity to tweak your listings — maybe switch up the photos, make sure all items have measurements, update here and there. Freshening up and tweaking listings has led me to extra sales. Message me whenever you’d like. Happy to answer any questions you may have, although you’ve been in posh a few more years longer than I.

That is meant for your followers, your shoppers, your bundles — not a comment under someone’s Meet the Posher — privately. I suppose sometimes people just can’t wrap their head around professional etiquette and classy, welcoming, supportive intros for “Meet the Poshers.”
