I've only been doing it for a couple weeks. My mom and I went in splits on a machine as a Christmas present (to ourselves!). So We haven't had the machine long. I feel like I've learned a lot already but still have a lot more to figure out! But the Pinterest and YouTube tutorials do help a ton!

I was really struggling to get stuff hooped without it shifting off center but I found a video that showed a slightly different way to do it, so now it's much easier. We're still in the process of buying and downloading all our designs, but we've been practicing on the few we've got. My mom sews so she's learning it quickly, I've still got a ways to go, (especially getting appliquรฉs to not bubble!) but it's coming along!
