kris_tina2015 No i did not lose it i went home after i sent ur bag out at the post office and i got back home and my daughter was devasted i sent that bag she was crying so bad so i had to go back to the post office and get ur bag back i have it here at my house my daughter opened the box that ur bag was in and hide it somewhere in my house i hope u understand me i don't know what to do i have more coach that i need to post let me know thx u

shrtyrockntimbs Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with the shipment. I don't know why that would happen, I printed the shipping label right from the purchase email. I will call usps and see what I can find out.

shrtyrockntimbs Okay, @kendradevine54 I just spoke with usps and they noticed that there was a mistake in the tracking info being displayed. I was told that there systems show that the package is in route to the westchester address. They said to give it a day or two and if not I will call back.
