ashlynloree @dreema12 8 months to lose 80 lbs! I promise it’s possible!!! Make sure to eat lots of veggies, carbs, proteins (no dairy) and eat every 2-3 hours! The weight literally started falling off! You got this!

wildflowerwolf Amazing transformation, I feel so inspired! I started doing keto/intermittent fasting and lost about 20lbs in the first month. Then another 10lbs the next month. This definitely motivates me.

I appreciate your comment so much... my weight loss journey is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, actually doing it was easy.. mentally it was so hard. I struggled to see the weight loss, accepting my new body. Etc. everything in my life is different.

ashlynloree @kellyjohansen3 a lot of people have the bottom belly problem, but they are good at concealing it. I can hide or show it in photos. As far as getting rid of it, I’m not sure, because I didn’t use any special products. I changed my lifestyle and the weight started falling off. I thought my belly would be a lot worse but it’s not.
