omybunny Thank you for sharing! We have a lot in common. My name is Susan, my children are kitty cats! (Have two human children who don't love me as much as my feline children. I have ALWAYS loved horses and owned ponies and horse as I was growing up. We ride mostly western style here in this part of the south, but I did ride English a few times. i raised my children on the backs of ponies and horses and they did very well as little kids. Neither of them care to ride now and my age and health don't permit it but riding, to me, was Heaven! I was fortunate enough to own the most perfect horse in the world when I was a teenager. I pray you get the one you want! There's nothing like it!

smaca @omybunny - hi!! You're right! We do have loads in common. Besides the horses, my cat Zoey is my child! I can't imagine life without her. :-) I've actually just started riding western, and I love it! I'm hoping to train my next horse in both English and western. Nice to meet you!

ironwomen I love horses! I rode on a pony for the first time when I was 18 months old (with my mom holding me up lol) and since then I have loved horses! especially my horse, my sisters horse and our little filly ❤️

corpusjuris I rode equestrian in college and worked at a dude ranch but currently stuck without any horse riding opportunities in law school. Miss it so much and hoping to get back in the saddle this summer. Thanks for the shares!

I grew up riding (English as well) when I lived abroad, and was a groom back in the day for an Arabian Stable. It's not where my life is at right now, but I do really miss the horses. This next one has not been so easy. I've called on 60, tried 50 and haven't yet felt that any of been "the one." I'm trying a German Riding Pony this weekend.

I had 4 other horses plus mine to care for a few years back. But my daughter grew up got married and now has her children running her around!! I kept the one that took over my heart! His name is Heza Fine Ironman (Gunner). I wouldn't know what to do with out my big baby!! I hope you find one real soon! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!🙏🏽😊❤️🐴
