I wanted to reply to your comment regarding Paige jeans--not sure best avenue to do so as I'm very new to Poshmark and have only exp super happy sales.
They were worn very rarely, I did bleach them..not sure if that threw you off? They were in fab condition when sent, $20 Paige jeans which were purchased for $100+months ago. I apologize if you are unsatisfied, I would never try to intentionally misrepresent anything to earn what..$16? That would be ridiculous.

I ordered an item from @solara which was described as new with tags (it was listed NWT), but it arrived without tags and I believe previously used. Even if it hadn't been previously used, it was falsely advertised as new with tags, which is AGAINST THE LAW and against Poshmark guidelines.

I accepted the item with no comment and no rating because I didn't want to quibble and wanted to keep the item. However, @solara commented asking for a rating. I therefore rated the item with 1 star and commented simply, "you asked for a rating." When you false advertise, don't expect a five star rating or add insult to injury by annoying the customers whom you've offended.

I was not rude. It is rude and illegal to mislead your customers. It is rude to come to my page unnecessarily with slander because you got one deserved bad review from me. Don't speak in the plural when you are one person. I give mostly 5 star reviews because most people don't lie about the stuff the sent. Most people are smart enough to know that it is illegal to advertise falsely and are savvy enough not to do so.

For people who have sold their items to me with a false or misleading description, I have gotten a refund every time I have hit the "problems/order inquiry" button. It is "rude and unkind" that you would try to "defame" me on my seller page. However, I don't rely on Poshmark business, as you can probably tell from my closet. Yet, I am always honest on here, and have nothing to gain by being rude or unkind, and therefore am not.

I will never falsely advertise an item. I will answer any inquiries from customers, and will get out a tape measurer on a moment's notice to give a customer measurements. I am a normal human being, and I have done nothing to this user. Please f* off @solara. You should not be a witch to people on their page. I'm not even going to comment on your page even though you came for me like this because I'm not a witch like you.

@solara I didn't mean to hurt your feelings with my rating if it was an honest mistake, but as far as I know, my rating and comment remain private and were a reflection of the obvious inconsistency between item description and the product itself. Please find something better do do with your time than insult your customers. (You literally got uncontested money from me.)

Hi Emma, when l see a fellow cat lover l stop,shop and share. The kitty on my closet is Tory and she is the queen of the house. If you feel like it let me know about your fur baby. Also l have done street cat rescue for many years. That’s were l found Tory fifteen years ago. So l ask if you see abandon street cats call a non profit rescue, try to find a trap,neuter,return for Ferrell’s cats. And talk to your vet get everyone involved to help those poor cats.
