Beth here. Bostonian by birth and Sconnie by relocation. I'm an attorney, gym rat, and fashionista wannabe. beantownerb @amy0228 I do a 3 week rotation with a 6 day split. I usually train legs 2x per week. Reps vary by day, but I'd say stick to 8-15 increasing weight as you lower weight. The most important thing is to use weight that challenges you. Sore is good!

I makes me really happy to have been a part of making a reality out of something that started so long ago! 🤗 Just wondering, was the bag you bought in Thailand exactly like this one? Also, how did Posh package the purse after they approved it? I've had 6 things that had to be authenticated by them and I always wonder how they wrap it up. Did you get my card?

beantownerb @christies8 The one I bought was white leather with brown handles. The package came with a card that says Posh inspected it for quality, condition, and authenticity. It came in the dustbag, wrapped in white tissue, in a regular cardboard box that had poshmark logo packing tape. That's it. Nothing fancy! I did get your card along with all the authenticity cards.

christies8 @beantownerb Oh ok I've been wondering because they say we will package it up really pretty etc. I always wrap in white tissue paper then some colored tissue paper and lots of little bows. Just curious, it's not a big deal except that you and the others that have made big purchases, I just want to try to show my appreciation by making it look pretty, but then I have to send it to them!
