Meeting CiCi Floral Blouse M

Good used condition floral blouse. Very cute floral design and ruffle front and collar, button closure. There is light discoloration on the back of the bottom of the left sleeve. I had to look really hard in the right light to see it. May come out in an oxyclean. I think this blouse is polyester, but the tag is in Chinese. Labeled an 8. Chest: 42” Length: 23” Arm: 24”
