Melba Stripped Halter Romper

Brand NWT still attached! Super cute romper. Stripped pattern throughout. Use buttons to get in/out of piece. (Comes w/ extra button if needed). Has straps along the sides you can tie in front (as shown), the sides or even the back. Straps along the top to tie around neck for halter style. Backless look.
