Melie Bianco neon yellow and gray messenger bag

Good pre-owned condition, only used a handful of times. Neon yellow and gray - leather or faux leather, not sure. I'm assuming it's not genuine. Clasp at front and flap top. Very clean inside and minimal marks outside. The only tiny marks I could see are on the neon strip, see photos.
