briflood686 @katiechen hi! I think it would that is if you do not plan on wearing high heels with it. I am 5”4 and I wore heels and the legs just about covered my feet still. I am out of town this weekend but I can get you exact measurements of the inseam of the pant legs when I am home if that will help! :)

briflood686 @katiechen hi! So the inseam of the pant legs measures about 32 in long and the outer seam (hip down from about the bottom of the belt to the bottom of the leg) is about 42in. Hope this helps!
