susanmichele13 @rachelmiller198 hi! The true color is shown on the second to last up-close photo of the detailing. I think the photographer had the contrast adjusted for the courtyard photos, which made the dress appear lighter than it is. It is the ivory/cream listed on the DB website!

susanmichele13 @kneenuh33 hi! The dress fit me perfect with the measurements of the actual dress, see the David’s Bridal website listing for those. The only alteration was the length, which was altered to be petite. I am 5’0”. It also has a bustle added!

sierrasarah Were you wearing any heels when you had the length altered? I'm 5'1" and was not planning to wear much of a heel at all. Just want to make sure that the length would work for me.

sierrasarah Thank you! It would be amazing to have a dress that's already shortened and bustled. I'm slightly concerned that it might be too short, given that I'm slightly taller than you. Do you have any pictures of the shoes you wore so I can get a sense of how short the dress would be? Also, what kind of bustle did you have created? Thanks! :)

sierrasarah So it turns out that the new version of this dress that I ordered is steadily decreasing in price (due to DB's financial issues). The dress is supposed to arrive in early July and they'll give me whatever the sale price is then. I think I'm going to wait to see how low that price is before deciding to buy used. I'll reach back out then. Thanks for your help!
