Melody Square Cream Tan Medium dress coat

This is a medium coat jacket, lined, with buttons and a rope tie in the front. very cute! I say it's a size Medium, (I tried it on and it was too tight and I'm a size L/XL) measurements: shoulder seam to shoulder seam (15in) armpit to armpit seam: 19in waist: 18in (36in round) hips: thrift store find years ago!
