This is a Melanie T off the shoulder, floral dress, in size medium. I have the measurements listed in the photos. It is a very light and airy dress for the summer. It has tiered, ruffle, flutter sleeves, and a flair skirt. The photos were taking a natural outside light, the measurements are when the garment is laid flat.
