PU water-resistant upper and black waterproof shell. The shell is easy to rinse and wipe clean after a day of play outdoors. D-rings with an elastic bungie cord tighten to a snug and adjustable fit. Gusset tongue helps keep the cold and debris out. There is a back pull tab that helps with slipping boots on and off.The base of these boots is waterproof. The shell is waterproof and a rubber outsole. The upper material is water-resistant. These boots are cold rated to handle temperatures up to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature ratings are used to determine if the product itself can withstand a specific temperature range.
