@sharlineee, Hello! I'm looking at the dress, and I'm thinking there may be sort of a shadow from the photo. Now that the sun has set a bit, I'm not getting any more bright "spots" for lack of a better word to describe my photo taking. The print is sprayed on the fabric (I believe) at the factory.
It really is a gorgeous dress, and I wish I had a reason to keep it. I used to work in an office but I've retired recently. I'm downsizing now.
