Our rugged, workwear-inspired corduroy layer is easy to throw on for everything from outdoor chores to morning walks. It came with the pockets barely stitched to the inside of the jacket, so I reinforced with a safety pin. Could use a few stitches thrown in it, but I'll leave that to the discretion of the next owner.
