Men’s Bugatchi Classic Fit button-down

My husband takes exceptional care of his clothing. This one has been dry cleaned its whole life and is in near-perfect shape. It does have a couple of blemishes on the inside of the collar that look like maybe the dry cleaners got something on it (see photo). You might be able to remove them. Size is 15 1/2, 32, 33. The size tag has been removed, but all of his shorts are the same size.
