Please refer to all photos. I am selling as a "project" coat. The exterior fabric is smooth and soft. No moth damage, no pilling. However please note: Both sleeve linings need repair as shown. One sleeve button is missing. The "biggest" issue, right side front near bottom there is one snag hole. A fabric patch would cover it and due to size and placement, it would never be seen if done correctly (easy). Again, all shown. This coat retailed for $2100 so it may be worth the investment.Measurements are in photos. Size 56 equals US 46 keeping in mind, Burberry runs small. Based on measurements, I put it as a Medium.
