Men's Elements watch by Carbon

This is a designer watch I don't know a whole lot about. Its big...measured about 47mm across. The band is a gray denim and measures 25mm across. It is powered by a Japan quartz movement and has a stainless steel caseback. It has a very sharp gray dial with gold tone hands and indices, and 12hr indicators on the rim above the dial. The case appears to be a black, ion-coted finish with a fixed bezel and coin edge.I put in a new battery, and its keeping perfect time.
