Men’s Express Raincoat Topcoat

I’ve had this raincoat for a few years now and never had the opportunity to wear it, brand new without tags, the exterior pockets still sewn closed. It’s sized small when buttoned up it measures roughly: 20” across the chest, 30” from base of collar to hem and 24.5” from shoulder to end of cuff. It’s wonderful looking garmet perfect for fall, spring and some climates even winter. Shirt and ties are not included.
