It is lined with tan fleece on the inside. It is great for the fall, winter, cold weather, work (depending on your profession) and camping or the out doors. It is great for casual wear. It is a charcoal gray. It has a mock neck with four brown buttons. All buttons are intact & are functional. You can adjust the neck with the buttons.
