Mens Indian/Pakistani navy silk brocade jacquard size 44 XL salwani/salvani coat

Traditional wedding/formal jacket/kurta salwani. There is no materials tag, but I am assuming this is silk. Size 44, which is XL. Pit to pit is 24 inches. Length is 41/43 inches in front. Outside is great condition, but one inside seam has been repaired as seen in last pic. I'm not sure if it is black/blue or navy/blue. My best guess is dark navy with a purplish blue embroidery. Sleeve length is 28 inches. Shoulder to shoulder in back is just over 19.5 inches.
