This model usually has flaps on the front pockets...Are the flaps tucked inside the pockets for coats that haven't been worn yet?

Thank you! If it's okay for me to rephrase--some coats with pocket flaps are sold with the flaps tucked in. Do you know if that applies to this one? (If so, you should be able to feel the flaps inside the front pockets). I'm sorry for the confusion.
