Men’s L black shirt AJ Armani jeans, Vintage? hand painted? embroidery sequins

Rare? Men’s L black shirt AJ Armani button up, hand painted? embroidery sequins, I really believe this is vintage, not sure. It buttons on the men’s side. It has one dot of random paint below the painted pic on back plus lint I didn’t see. This shirt could be worn by a woman also. Very unusual shirt and very pretty. Thinner cotton type fabric. I’m not sure what kind of flowers those are, measurements in pics above.There is the plastic in label where a tag was attached but I’m not sure why. This may be one of a kind, I cannot find anymore like it. Armani jeans brand started in 1981.
