100% cotton Men’s Lands End Oxford Long Sleeve Shirt. This is a Men’s Tall 16 1/2–36. Made in Costa Rica. Has the extra buttons the only thing that I see on this item is that it was a workshirt for someone and they had a identification tag ironed into the inside of the front plaque. You can see that in one of the pictures.
