Actual measurements, laying flat, measuring on exterior: Back, measuring down center, not including collar band, 27 inches. Sleeve, measuring from armpit to outer edge of sleeve, including knit band, 22 inches. Armpit to armpit = 26 inches. Pre-owned item in good condition, light storage soiling, interior flannel type lining with a little light pilling, no tears, light wear/use.
