if I buy this suit in 42 R could I get the pant in 34x30 and the vest in large

@abian_dominguez industry standard for premanufactured suits is a 6 size drop in the waist. For example if you order a size 40 suit the pants that come with that will be a size 34W. If you order a size 46 suit the pasts would be 40W.-- IN YOUR CASE A 42 WIL COME WITH A 36W that you can get taken in at your local tailor. Our pants are unhemmed.
