deborahholco450 @lovethrift you mean they charged you before it’s shipped? You’re only supposed to be charged when you accept the order. I know you bought the shirt that was shipped with the jeans (the jeans that were not the correct ones).

deborahholco450 @lovethrift Yes, it was my fault (I wasn’t paying close attention). I’ve sent a note to Poshmark and you can just throw the jeans away. You don’t have to do anything.

lovethrift @deborahholco450 I excepted the partial refund you offered. I still paid allot for the shirt. I will donate the jeans to the church. So hopefully someone in need with get to use them. I’m a full time college student on a budget. What happened with the ties? Will you ship?

polodre99 @lovethrift Hi, I believe we both purchased the bow ties at the same time and it confused the system and created another listing. My card was charged as well. I believe the seller is going to allow Poshmark to decide who will get the sale.

deborahholco450 @lovethrift Yes, I’ll ship Tues. I sent info to Poshmark. It’s strange that the ties show “sold” to two buyers. The other buyer said it was a weird transaction when he hit buy (he didn’t send a lower offer, he just hit “buy” At price). I really think you both hit the “buy” and “accept” at exactly the same time. I’ve asked Poshmark what yo do. The other buyer is totally fine, so I’ll send to you. And, you only pay when you receive the package and accept the order.

deborahholco450 @polodre99 I don’t understand how they can charge your card before the ties are shipped. I thought They are only supposed to charge when you accept the package.

polodre99 @deborahholco450 Hello. Poshmark charges the card after the sale, but holds the money in their account and releases it to the seller after the buyer accepts.

deborahholco450 @polodre99 -Good morning. I heard back from Poshmark. It was totally my “screwup” as I should have known. I listed the bow ties as if they could be sold one-by-one. So, when the person bought them, and then I saw your order, it looked like a mistake. So, I have to honor the other order which was just right before yours. I’m sorry.
