It has some weight to it and a fantastic Scottish goth look. traditional pleats with cargo pockets and leather clasps and snaps (I don't know if it is real leather or faux but it feels real). No brand tag, but the material tag says cotton. a few discoloration dots at the waist from a belt. Size: 44 waist 21" length 24"
