These shorts are made by Royal. They are missing tags but measure like a size small and feel like cotton or a cotton blend. They have an elastic waist, an inside drawstring, two side pockets and one back pocket. The waist measures 13" across unstretched and the inseam is 8. They are very gently worn, in excellent to like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice shorts.
