Nice vintage jacket. I'm guessing the 1970s. Some rubbing marks and scars on the leather. This seems like a 118, possibly a 618. The tag that tells that for sure is missing. These jackets look cooler as they age. The tag says large, but it also says 40, which is really more like a small medium. See measurements in pics.
