markfj Reminds me of the original Barneys on 7th & W 17th St, when it was a New York secret and all the best quality contemporary/traditional men's apparel from around the world. Harry knew everything in my wardrobe and would call if something came in that he knew I needed, always spot on, kept me from making many mistakes! It had the feel of a men's club.

From Studio 57 where the music never stopped to the end of the squeegee guys and the the carnage of AIDS reached its dark crescendo, it was the epoch when the city sang its song all night long until the day the music died.
