Men's car coat, size 42

This is a fantastic coat, bought at SAK's and imported from Italy. It is a 3/4 men's car coat that is an olive canvas cotton on one side and gray wool on the other side; reversible with pockets and a hood on each side. It says size 52 on the label since it is in Italian but my husband is a 42. Due to a weight loss it no longer fits him. It is in fantastic condition. Measurements: Sleeve: approx. 25 inches, not quite underarm to underarm: 25 inches Length: 34 inches.
