Mens classic navy blazer

Classic blazer/jacket tailored in U.S.A. This belonged to my ex, who is of short stature but wide in chest. I’ve measured to best of my ability: laying flat, 17” shoulder to shoulder, 20” armhole to armhole, 21” top of arm shoulder to hem, 30” from just under collar neckline to bottom of hem. Please contact me if you need more specifics and I’ll try! Back vent, fully intact lining, seems like some type of polyester. The front buttons were added and are not the best fit. They do mot close properly, kinda bunch up. Suggest replacing them or just wear unbuttoned. Otherwise in great shape. Unisex.
