reangelis @fatbaby6 I'm not sure how to translate the inside measurement, but it's not a size 6. That's the X rating of the hat. It's an indication of how high the quality is within the company that makes it. X ratings generally go from 2X up to 1000X, sometimes. The size should be on a small tag inside the sweatband, or sometimes written on the inside of the sweatband. For instance, 7 5/8 is the same size as 61 cm.

fatbaby6 @reangelis I took a picture of the size label inside the hat band and unfortunately it has been partially cut off, but can see what I believe to be 6 7/8 ( Six and seven eighth). I researched Justin 6X, made by Milano Hat Company out of Texas (which is what this hat is) and their sizes from what I could find start at 6 3/4 and then jump to 6 7/8.
