Men’s leather sherling G8 bomber jacket

Leather is nice and the coat is exceptionally thick and warm. There is a hole on the bottom of the jacket near the zipper (can be seen in photo 1). The zipper is also slightly off track at the bottom. There is small discoloration of the leather on the left sleeve and right pocket. Most importantly, there is a smell to the jacket. Prior owner was a smoker and have had a hard time getting the smell out. Have tried febreeze but not professionally cleaning. Price is reflective of these defects
