no_kill_shelter @atchang Hi Adrienne, what are the measurements chest(button, length? What are the fabrics or a tag photo? Are the pockets deep to hold a 5" phone, keys? Any holes, rips, stains, worn/faded areas, defects? If zippers do they work? Snaps/buttons are all there? I think it will match my rain boots. Thank you....

atchang @no_kill_shelter it was very lightly worn about a handful of times. All zippers and buttons intact. No defects. It can fit a large smartphone. It’s 21 inches across the chest (laid flat). The tag says 100% polyurethane

no_kill_shelter @atchang Thank you....It seems to be the basic no lining type that you can purchase coat/pants PVC rain sets at the hardware store. Which is all I need.
